What is the estimated time of delivery?

You won’t have to wait a lot and our products will be at your doorsteps within 3-4 days after you place the order.

A few of the locations may take up to a week for delivery of the product.

No, When you purchase from Lotus Organics+, the shipping is free.

How safe is to use my debit/credit card or make an online payment on Lotus organics

Our payment gateway is Razorpay which is a highly trustworthy gateway for all kinds of payments, from cards to UPI transactions. You can pay by CC/DC, Netbanking,
UPI as well as COD.

How do I find out what products will be coming up?

Once you make a purchase and update your contact details, we shall be updating you regarding our new launches over WhatsApp and mail so that you don’t miss out on

What is your return policy?

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order.
Refunds are credited back to the same instrument which was debited. The process generally takes 7-14 working days depending on the bank and the gateway. Lotus Herbals does not have influence on the time lines except processing the refund.
The refund will be credited back between 7-14 days after the processing or until your next billing cycle in case it’s a credit card. You will receive email
intimation from us about the processing of refund. You will need to then contact your bank or credit card issuer for refund status.

What payment methods do you accept?
